Air France-KLM and CMA CGM officially launch their long-term strategic air cargo partnership

CMA CGM and Air France-KLM have the effective launch of the long-term strategic partnership in air cargo which was made public in May 2022.

This 10-year partnership will see Air France KLM Martinair Cargo and CMA CGM AIR CARGO pool their complementary cargo networks, the capacities of their all-cargo aircraft and their dedicated services.

Air France-KLM and CMA CGM will jointly operate the capacities of the all-cargo aircraft:

• 6 all-cargo aircraft at CMA CGM AIR CARGO, (with orders in progress for 6 additional aircraft),
• 6 all-cargo aircraft at Air France-KLM (with orders in progress for 8 additional aircraft)

The commercial partnership also covers the hold capacity of Air France-KLM aircraft transporting passengers.

The CMA CGM Group becomes Official Partner in logistics solutions of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games

The CMA CGM Group will make its expertise available to Paris 2024, handling the transport and logistics for all the goods, equipment and materials required for the event’s success at the Olympic and Paralympic venues.

Via its CEVA Logistics and CMA CGM Air Cargo subsidiaries, the CMA CGM Group will organize all the international transport and customs brokerage activities and provide and operate the requisite logistics facilities for Paris 2024. CMA CGM will also operate road and river transport and logistics services at the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games venues, in metropolitan France and French overseas territories.

CMA CGM is joining forces with Paris 2024 to deliver a more sustainable Games, careful of all of its operations’ environmental and social impact.
