HOW TO PREPARE YOUR JOURNEY BEFORE COMING TO RU'YA

  • Share your job openings for UAE Nationals with us so we can promote them and you can attract the right candidates as per your specific needs and preferences. Click here to submit your vacancies with us and get the right candidate!
  • Ensure all staff on your stand are knowledgeable about your company, its values, and available positions so they can answer questions and engage with candidates effectively.
  • Post on your channels: Inform your audience about your participation in Ru'ya by posting on your company social media accounts.

WHAT TO DO AT THE EXHIBITION

  • Greet visitors with a warm and friendly attitude. Make them feel comfortable approaching your booth by initiating conversations and showing genuine interest in their career aspirations.
  • We highly recommend you to invite UAE Nationals to be part of Ru’ya at your stand so they can share with candidates their success stories and experiences in working within your company.
  • Have knowledgeable HR professionals, available to answer candidates' questions, provide insights, and create a positive impression of your company.
  • Prepare to clearly display available job positions on your stand, ensuring you meet the right audience who are a good fit for your organisation.
  • By having proper discussions, you can effectively align candidates’ skills with your available opportunities, ensuring a tailored fit for both the candidate and your firm.
  • Showcase the benefits of working for your firm; Discuss training programmes, employee benefits, company’s culture and career development opportunities with visitors.
  • Even if your company has limited job openings, make it a priority to collect visitors' CVs and contact details for future recruitment.

WHAT TO DO AFTER RU'YA 2024

  • Reach out to visitors who expressed interest in your company, follow-up, provide updates, arrange interviews, or share additional relevant information.
  • Stay connected with candidates by keeping them informed about future job openings, or relevant opportunities within your organisation.
  • Assess your participation and review the outcomes with the team. Provide your feedback with Ru'ya's team by completing the post-show survey.

ADVICE FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE

  • Be attentive to candidates' inquiries and provide helpful responses in person, rather than re-directing to a website or email address without a proper conversation.
  • While it's important to engage with candidates, make sure not to overwhelm them with excessive information. Keep conversations focused, concise, and impactful.
